- Regular orders are usually shipped within 1 week of order being placed.
- Caldwell Creations ships twice a week. Days vary depending on frequency and volume of orders.
- USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days to be delivered once package is mailed. A tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once package is shipped.
- Shipping USPS Priority Mail includes insurance for some or all of the shipment. If you feel that your package has been lost in the mail, please contact USPS to start a claim.
- If your order is damaged when you receive your package, please take a picture of the damage and send us the picture as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged item as quickly as possible if the damage is our fault. B.Caldwell Creations is not responsible for orders damaged during shipping.
- We are not accepting international orders at this time.

- B.Caldwell Creations wants you to be pleased with every purchase. We guarantee the quality and workmanship of every item.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. There are no returns or exchanges after 30 days.
- Items that are custom or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
- Defective or damaged items – Please keep the original shipping container and packing material, this may be required for insurance claims. Please contact us before sending back a damaged item.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless there was an error or defect on our part.
- Only items purchased through the B.Caldwell Creations website or at a B.Caldwell Creations event are eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Once your item is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
- Following receipt of returned items, a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 10 business days. Exchanges and repairs take 2-3 weeks.
- Label the box according to the address below, package the items carefully, and ship using a carrier with tracking number, such as the US Post Office or UPS. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
